Review: The contractor took a look at the roof and advised that the roof was repairable and the leak could be fixed. The contractor was paid to fix the roof. The very next day it rained and the roof leaked. The contractor was contacted and came back to fix the leak. The roof still leaked and the contractor then said that the leak could not be fixed and the roof needed to be replaced at a cost of over $12,000 dollars. After the rain mildew appeared at the site of the leak on the kitchen ceiling.Desired Settlement: Refund of the money paid for the repair and replace the mildew ceiling surrounding the leak.
