Our plumbing is still not complete. We received a final invoice for completed work and will not pay it.
This is our second complaint against Ralphs Plumbing. We received a final bill for completed work with a $2,000.00 balance due. Our work is not completed. Our furnace needs to be correctly vented out of our house. My first complaint I filed after they did not even complete the work months after they cashed my check for the remodeling. The owner called me and said he "really dropped the ball" on this project and he said they would complete the work. Workers showed up one day and work is not yet completed. Today I received a text message from ralphs plumbling and heating saying "After being turned into the beter business and the state of north Dakota my legal associate recommends that Ralphs no longer will be working for you [redacted]"
Work completed or refunded monies so I can hire a new plumbing
