Review: Ralph
directly
promised
me
the
following
upon
leaving
the
car
with
him:
• A
repair
so
good
that
I
would
“never
know
anything
happened”
• The
repair
would
only
take
a
day
or
so
to
complete,
making
it
available
long
before
my
arrival
after
hours
on
Saturday
to
pick
it
up
• A
phone
call
no
later
than
8AM
on
Sunday
morning
(once
reaching
Justin
on
Saturday
night)
Not
one
of
these
elements
were
delivered;
instead
I
was
returned
a
vehicle
with
glaring
defects
in
repair
workmanship,
complaints
by
both
Justin
and
Ralph
who
said
they
were
“[redacted],”
and
that
the
work
was
“not
good,”
respectively.
To
emphasize
his
resentment
of
the
repair,
Ralph
went
so
far
as
to
claim
he
was
“[redacted]”
while
both
tried
to
claim
laziness
on
the
part
of
City
Cars
Metro
due
to
the
holiday
weekend,
as
if
to
suggest
that
would
be
a
viable
exemption
in
business.
After
repeatedly
calling
both
Justin
and
Ralph
every
10
minutes
beginning
at
9:30AM
Sunday
morning,
they
both
claimed
they
could
not
reach
Vinny
to
find
out
where
the
car
was.
Nearly
two
hours
elapsed
before
finally
receiving
the
car,
at
which
point
Justin
admitted
that
the
work
was,
in
fact,
so
poorly
done
that
the
majority
of
the
delay
was
Ralph
trying
to
rush
the
job
himself
in
order
to
cover
up
the
terrible
repair.
Had
I
been
informed
that
Ralph
&
Son
weren’t
doing
the
work
themselves,
which
I
was
misled
into
believing
was
the
case,
I
would
never
have
agreed
to
giving
them
the
job.
I
have
no
desire
for
this
to
escalate
any
further,
but,
should
full
payment
not
be
sent
to
for
the
proper
repair
and
my
invoice
for
time/work
lost
by
December
[redacted],
2015,
we
will
begin
legal
proceedings
which
will
involve
both
[redacted] and
Ralph
&
Son
Auto
Repair.Desired Settlement: A check is sent to AFC auto body shop to undo the poor repair and for the complete repair of the bumper.
