Recently, I ordered parts for my forester from rally sport. They ended up making a pricing mistake but were super quick to fix it and Alexis at rally sport took great care of me! They have great customer service and I will continue buying parts for my forester from them.

I have a 2011 WRX with a Stage 1 COBB. In December a few error lights came up on my dash, ran the code - learned I had a misfire on the #1 cylinder. Ordered a set of Ignition Projects Quad Spark Ignition Coil Packs on 12/21. On 12/22 I received an e-mail claiming the part was on back order for a month. Since I couldn't wait that long, I ordered stock replacement parts from Subaru and called Rally Sport on the 23rd to cancel the order. Rally Sport said they couldn't cxl the order because the parts already shipped...what? The parts arrived on Sunday the 27th & on Monday the 28th I shipped them back to Rally Sport in KY (per their instructions). After a couple of weeks of not receiving a refund I called, I emailed and was given the runaround...we never received the parts, we cant find the parts...check with UPS It's their fault...etc... In short UPS has been also giving me the runaround, but claim the parts were delivered and signed for by Rally Sport - It's now February 5th and I have yet to receive my $500 refund. I'm filing a complaint with n the better business bureau Monday (if no refund). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

A victim of a bait and switch scam.
On August 4th, 2012 I ordered a 2002 Subaru WRX Walbro Fuel Pump kit online from a company called Rallysport Direct L.L.C based in Utah. The cost was $107.23. The part arrived on the 10th of August. When installed the part did not work. I immediately called on the 10th of August and was told to speak to manager [redacted] on the following Monday as this was Friday.
On Monday, [redacted] told me I could buy another kit, return the defective unit and my money would be refunded immedately upon receipt. I bought another kit for $107.23. Upon receipt of the replacement, Tuesday August 11, 2012 I immediately returned the defective kit.
The replacement was installed and worked perfectly.
Not seeing my refund as promised, I called [redacted] and was told that "he tested the pump and he claimed that it worked", and I would not be receiving my refund. I am now $214 in the hole.
This was not what I was told and therefore I find it unethical that the company would now refuse to refund me for the defective kit.
[redacted] also had the gall to tell me that he would "send me the defective unit back."
I refused as I am entitled to my refund for this defective part.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.
This is a bait and switch scam as I was forced to pay twice for the same unit. I wonder how many other victims there are out there.
