Thank you for forwarding complaint # *** and for providing us with an opportunity to respondWe have looked into this case, and the customer did experience a delay in receiving a gift card due to a processing glitch that occurred for some individuals whose employers will no longer be using the
Rally platform in 2018.We have since confirmed that this customer's request has been submitted to our business partner for fulfillment, but the request may take additional time to process.However, given the delay, and as part of our commitment to customer service, on February 6, Rally Health also informed this customer that she will receive an additional $gift card, which is equivalent to the original reward amount, the processing of which had been delayed (please see attached email)The customer is scheduled to receive this additional gift card within 5-days.If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at ***@rallyhealth.com
