Do not use Rally. They are a scam. They change departure times with zero notice, and while they have text and call alerts, they only let you know via junk folder emails a couple hours before. In our case it was a 9:35am departure to the KC Chiefs parade that was the same the night before, and then they changed it to 9:00am at 5:09am the day of. So naturally I don’t wake up at 5am to skim my junk folder, but nothing in the app… nothing in text… nothing via phone call… they have text and call alerts as I finally received notice of the change, but not until a text at 8:44am (16 min before the new departure) and a call at 8:54am (6 min before new departure). I didn’t check my text, bc I was driving on the highway to the rally point, but when the call came I was shocked to say the least. They’ve done nothing to help other than make their “maximum refund” offer of $50 (our tickets were $240). I think they are a pathetic company, with less than helpful customer service, and I wouldn’t waste a dollar with them again. I’ve always heard bad things about them, but until now I haven’t gotten to experience it. DO NOT use Rally.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Rally Bus regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because a coupon code was issued to me for future trips, but no response was made to my charge dispute nor was a refund issuedI do not want a coupon code as
I have no desire to travel with this company in the future.

They said they were looking for busses. Another friend received an email in early January to say the bus was cancelled because there were not enough people -- a different story with what they had told me. I filed with [redacted] and I'm still waiting for the refund. They did agree to the refund finally, but they had my money for two months!!! Beware of this company!!!
I've received horrible customer service from Rally Bus, just today. First...no service at all. Could not actually speak to a person on the phone. Then, when I emailed them for information...the return email I received was extremely rude. The emailer from Rally gave me (yes, gave ME) an F rating when I complained about the customer service (and you can see their score) and then she "shouted" in capital letters throughout her response to me. Never fully answering my questions. Dealing with this company is like dealing with a black hole...well, once they get your money that is. Rude, rude, rude.

Worst experience and would recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from Rally Bus. DIDN'T ARRIVE TO EVENT ON TIME. We had confirmed seats on a bus with explicit directions on pick up. We were supposed to depart at 7:40 am. The bus didn't depart until 8:30 after much confusion. We left several other riders behind, because there were not enough busses. We got lost on the way to DC and the driver spent too much time looking down at his phone trying to figure out where he was going. When we arrived in DC, we parked in a location that was different from the one that was on our confirmation. We missed the beginning of the event. The experience has been more frustrating because there is no way to contact a human. Their phone number only gives automated info. I have emailed and asked to be contacted and haven't heard from anyone.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND FIND AN ALTERNATIVE WAY TO YOUR EVENT.
