Review: On 2/17/14 I ordered a dining room set from Raleys. Furniture was paid in full before delivery. Once delivered on April 19, 2014 I thought all was fine. On or about May 5, 2014 I was cleaning table and noticed one of the legs on the table had significant cracks in one leg. I took pictures and went to Raleys with the pictures. Since they had the same exact table on their showroom floor I offered to accept one of the legs off of the table on the showroom floor but they would not do that they insisted on ordering me a new leg for the table. Today is July 16, 2014 and still do not have my new leg for the table. I have called three times and each time I'm told it hasn't come in yet. I'm concerned that this leg will split and someone will be injured. It only took me 8 weeks to get the whole dining room set and now for one leg it has been over two months. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I did advise them that I would be contacting Revdex.com and they didn't even care!!!Desired Settlement: I would love to have what I paid for a table with legs that are not cracked. But if they can't provide that soon I would like my money back and they can have there table back.
