as to complaint # *** firstly *** *** passed away years ago and has nothing to do with my business. you have not contacted me by e-mail my e-mail is ***
"">and my phone number is ###-###-#### as to the complaint, the customer needed rear rotors also and could not afford them because veteran program only covered minimal of his bill so he elected not to have all work done just enough to pass state insp because he is driving for *** and would not pay any money out of his pocket, the front tires were so worn because of idler arm problem and he was told that is where the slight pulsation is coming from and he needed rear rotors also to eliminate the pulsating in the brake pedel . I do not run my business by removing parts and installing old ones! I dont know where that came fromhe has never contacted me to fix the situation if you need a copy of bill to see work done I can fax it to you to remedy this complaint, thank you Brad R***, owner Raley's Auto Repair LLC
