Excellent customer service. My car broke down several miles from my home, but Raleigh Cary Towing offered me a discounted rate because we had used them once before. ( unexpected discount). We had to wait 2 hours before the tow truck arrived because the driver was out doing another tow. It was well worth it the wait. He showed up with bottled water for me and my passengers. Raleigh Cary Towing made the entire experience tolerable. I would highly recommend them.
