Outstanding place. They treat you like family but hold you to the highest standards. They make getting in shape Fun! I love the kickboxing classes. Each instructor brings something new and unique to their class. I regularly attend the BJJ class and sometimes like to join in the Judo and Muay Thai classes. It's a second family and they push you to be your best.
