I had scheduled an appointment with Raleigh Hills Dental because the receptionist told me over the phone that my insurance would cover the entire cost of the check up She also claimed to have checked with my insurance company about the cost & she said the ENTIRE cost of the appointment would be covered(This was found to be a lie because I called my insurance company & they did not receive any calls from this office according to their phone records) She also told me that I would be able to receive a cleaning that day as well After seeing the dentist, getting X-rays done, the dentist, Dan R [redacted] , told me I needed a deep cleaning because of my gum issueHe also said he couldn’t clean my teeth that dayThat was not the issue, but receiving a bill for $each month after that IS the issueI was told specifically on the phone that my entire bill would be covered, so I made the appointment with Raleigh Hills DentalI would’ve gone elsewhere if my entire appointment wa
