I made an initial payment of $2,278.00 for custom cabinets to be made for my kitchen. It is almost 3 months later - no cabinets. Cannot reach him.I went into contract with [redacted] to make custom cabinets for my kitchen. I signed an agreement with him for $2,278.00 paid in advance. It is now three months later, I have no cabinets and when I finally go in touch with [redacted] about 1 month ago to be refunded the amount paid to him, he said that he did not have it and that he would have to pay me back in installments. I still don't have my money and when I asked him what did he use my money for if he could not produce the product promised, he did not have a response. Since then, he does not answer his phone and I have been on a wild goose chase to find him. The address that he listed [redacted] is incorrect. I talked to a person who works next door to the shop that [redacted] had and the man told me that I am not the only one that had been duped by him, that there were many others still coming to the shop that is now defunct to try and get their money back. The man who offered the info said that [redacted] has not been at that location for almost 10 years. This is the address that he'd given me as well. This man is a crook and he is only interested in beguiling people to take their money. He needs to be stopped. The only mediation that I want is for him to pay me back my $2,278.00 owed to me.Desired SettlementREFUND OF $2,278.00
