My cleint paid a 50% deposit for Raleigh Brands to complete web design services. Those services were never rendered, and the invoice was paid. We contacted [redacted] at Raleigh Brands several times. He promised the work would be complete, but it never was. After being promised 3 times and seeing no action, a refund was requested. He never replied at that point.Desired SettlementWe would like a full refund. Unprofessional is a understatement.

Logo Design Paid in Full, yet client did not receive product file. Deposit of 50% paid for Menu Design, Ordering Slip Design, and Website Design and Raleigh Brands did not provide client with any follow up, nor with design.
