Review: On March **, 2013 my co- worker and I paid $99- for 1 year of unlimited Zumba classes. My receipt reads activation date, 3/**/13 and the end date was to be 3/**/14. I was able to take two classes to date before being notified in April 2013 that the school was relocating and that I would be notified once classes became available again. NO CLASSES!!!! NO RESPONSE!!!!! My coworker and I have not been notified since and have left numerous messages on the number listed on my receipt to which I have gotten no response. Number listed was ###-###-####. It appears that the website has been taken down as well. I have a receipt for the service I paid for and did not receive. My invoice # was [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my full $99- refunded for the lack of professionalism with this matter. My intention was not to give money away. I paid for a service that was not provided.

Review: This company promised unlimited dance classes for one year for a one time fee of $99. I purchased the package in cash and a month later the company began cancelling classes. Then I was informed that they were looking for a new location as the lease expired for their current location. I never received a notification of the new location, which they stated that they had via email. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company to find out about a refund? I never received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund back for the lack of service, professionalism, unresponsiveness and the distress this has caused dealing with the way this company's business practices.
