I'm really dissatisfied with this company, they claim to have excellent customer service and a 100% full refund within 37 calendar days after the purchase items have been received. I order a camping tent and after setting it in my house and realizing that its size did not meet my needs, I decided to return it. I try to contact the company by sending at least 4 emails, two of them by using the email provided on my confirmation order; one by using their webpage under the tab contact us and an additional email by using the email provided under their webpage tab "shipping and returns." I am still waiting for that excellent customer service to respond to my initial request on how to return the purchased item and received my full refund.
