Raising A Star

I placed an order on 12/22/16 - received email, " thanks for your order, you will receive tracking number when order is shipped, don't contact us for 2 - 3 weeks regarding this order". Its been two weeks, I've contacted them twice, with no response what so ever - no emails of shipping - no response period. Luckily this order was very small and I placed on credit card which will protect me from fraud.
