The morning of their arrival to do the work I was greeted by Mike and Jerry. Four + hours later,work had not yet begun,so I inquired about the situation. I went outside and asked Jerry,the assistant,he explained the problem,the compressor went out. Jerry was very helpful and nice. Mike,the boss,on the other hand did not seem to care about informing me.He spent most of the time on the telephone,probably trying to get answers to fix it.I did find it unprofessional and rude not to let me know of the problem.They decided to re-schedule another day, I agreed it would be fine. The day the work was done,it wasn't completed as to what was quoted and told was going to be done.The porch and walkway to driveway was supposed to be done,only the porch turned out alright.The rest is worse than before they started.Things were not done that I was told would be,and even some damage to walkway.I had to have the owner/or higher up gentleman come by and see the work for himself.He agreed and was helpful.
