I doubled paid bill on line in error on September 11, 2017. Was told Mr. Rainwater does refunds at the end of month. I left calls and messages.
Irrigation system partial repair was done on September 06, 2017. Service technician, James, left stating the rest of the work would take longer than he thought and he had a bigger job he needed to tend to. He referred me to a friend of his, not connected to Rainwater Landscape, that completed the work. On September 11, 2017, I went on line and tried to pay my bill for the partial work James did on Invoice #XXXXX, PO# 4348,4348 for $572.75. The first attempt did not indicate the payment went through. I made a second attempt, which it indicated the payment went through. The next day or two, I checked my bank account and found two payments of $572.75 had been taken out on September 11. I called the company and spoke to Maribel *** She stated she would inform Mr. Rainwater (***). On one call, Maribel stated Mr. does refunds at the end of the month. I continued the call when October, November and December came and went with no refund. Mr. called one time, leaving a voice message, informing he was having a "cash flow" problem and if I hadn't gotten my money by the following week to let him know. I continued to call when that time expired and began talking to a new office manager, Tanya. The last time I spoke to her was November 16, 2017. She stated she would get another message to Mr.. Since that time, I have left several voice messages, the most recent on January 8, 2018, and have not received any responses or refund.
A refund of $572.75 for over payment.
This is to inform you that I have received a full refund from Rainwater Landscape, the subject of my complaint. I received the money on
06-19-18. Please update my complaint .
