Raintree Disposal

he doesn't return phone calls. as city mayor we contracted him to take care of all city trash. in contract that included 2 city wide bulk trash pick up. I have called 2 times just to be told Richard will have to answer questions. yet he wont call back. he has been at city meetings and say city is crooks but he bills citizens not city. now wont return call to set date for bulk trash. if you have option dont use Raintree!
