Mr. [redacted] placed an order on November 3 for 45 pieces of our 6" Clean Mesh Gutter Guard. We shipped them out that day but...

unfortunately we only shipped out 20 of them. Mr [redacted] called to let us know that he only received 20 guards not 45. We shipped out the missing 25 on the 10th and expedited the shipping. [redacted] explained the situation to the owner and he gave Mr. [redacted] an additional credit back to his credit card of $76.62 (15%) for our mistake. Since Mr. [redacted] has received his order and has been issued a credit, I don't think it is necessary to refund the total of his order of $510.83. If he would like to return all of the guards, we would take them and refund him what he paid for them less the shipping and with a 20% restocking fee.
