Please see the attached CLIENT RECORD from our system which documents the fact that we did everything we agreed to, client was told (in recorded call when he booked the original service) that there are no guarantees as to when or how many animals will actually be caught, and documents that he told our Service Manager during one of his last calls that "he has had this same issue with other vendors" - which makes us think this was his intention from the beginning My summary note of the situation is the first entry (MChristine C [redacted] , owner).HOWEVER, the most important issue to address regarding this complaint is that on Jan 5th we DID address his dissatification AND "OFFERRED" to refund his full service amount as soon as our bookkeeper return from holiday vacation on January Client stated to Service Manager during that call that "he didn't believe we would" Apparently he filed the complaint within hours of our refund offer.ON MONDAY JAN 9th -- As committed -- the REFUND WAS PROCESSED AND THE RECEIPT SENT TO CLIENT.As we have an excellent (unsolicited) client rating from various sources, I don't believe this should affect our standing with the Revdex.com as we have a record of trying to resolve the issue and DO THE RIGHT THING by an extremely "over-reactive" client.Thank you for reviewing my response, I look forward to a satisfactory resolution and closure of this complaintMChristine C [redacted] / Owner317-537-Office / (While I have login access to our Revdex.com Account - it would not allow me to respond to the complaint nor could I find where to change this info Please update our account in order that ALL complaints come to my attention and that I am able to respond from my account login Thanks!!)
