I have about 6 pieces from IDJ and have always been very pleased with the quality of my pieces. However, I encountered one piece that just wasn't what I wanted to deal with. Less than a month after I purchased it, I had to bring it in for repair because I lost a diamond. They took care of me right away and had my repair back even before the time they told me. Once I received my piece, I continued to have trouble with it catching on my clothes and scratching my children because the prongs were too large. I decided not to wear my ring anymore. 1 1/2 years after purchasing the ring and not wearing it, I brought it back and told them my problem. The manager at the North store was absolutely lovely. She understood my issue and took care of my complaint right away! I walked out ot the store a happy customer again. I now am the proud owner of a new ring that I actually love and it doesn't catch on any of my clothes. She was so committed to make me happy with my choice! Like I said, I'm an established customer and I will continue to be one. Next week, I'm purchasing a bracelet for my baby.
