Rainmaster Irrigation Systems

I paid for winterization and spring start up of our irrigation sytem for 2014-15 but cannot reach them by phone and they have not answered an e-mail. We mailed them a check last year on November 1, 2013 for $75.00 for winterization/startup of our irrigation system for 2013-14 but received another bill from them for that amount in December. I paid them again since the check was supposedly lost in the mail and asked them to notify me if they received the initial check. Last spring they cashed the check from November 1. When I contacted them, they said they had some problems with their office staff earlier. They offered me a refund or said they would apply it to the 2014-15 winterization/startup of our irrigation system. They sent me an email confirming this. Their phone has been disconnected and they did not respond to an email sent to them when I tried to schedule winterization. I requested a refund of my $75.00 if they were not going to provide the service as agreed.Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund of the $75.00 that I paid them since they have not winterized my irrigation system this fall and I must hire someone else to do it.
