If someone comes knocking at your door offering a $50 Walmart gift card for completing a free water test, do not let them in. You will never, ever receive the gift card.
It doesn't exist. They falsely advertise.
The information they give about water quality is false and misleading. They rely totally on your ignorance. The perfect target for these people is the elderly who are too trusting and can be easily fooled. They're selling a salt based water softener but don't tell you anything about what is best for your particular home. They offer outrageous prices and even their cheapest offer is a complete rip off. You cannot trust them at all. We were looking for a water treatment system so we agreed to hear their pitch, but they wouldn't allow us even a day to think it over. Insisting we buy right then and there.
Extremely high pressure sales. So I signed on the basis that I would cancel if I found a better offer. Within 2 hours I knew I had been scammed and canceled the whole thing. They illegally installed the unit before the legally required 3 day cancellation waiting period. They eventually came to remove it but left piles of trash everywhere and dumped the salt from the bin into a hole they put in our yard.
If they come to your door tell them you will call the police if they don't leave immediately or ever come back.
They will soon be out of business and relocating under a different name.

I cancelled my contract on 7-3-19 after 3 days. I asked for the system to be removed. It's now 7-13-19 and no one has come. Was told they would be here an no one came. I'm itchy after a shower and it takes twice as long to get rid of the soap. I'm not happy with the customer service.

I just moved from NY where water is cleaner wasn't aware of how contaminated Florida water was decided to invest in product Being a mom of small children don't want exposure to these chemicals, company has wonderful sales person and everyone is friendly. Wonderful product to have in home

WWas a Water softener system for the amount of 5997 dollars I ask the vendor (Caitlyn) if that is the amount I have to paid she told yes many times when my contract came 4 days after shows that I have an interest rate of 8.90 with the company *** ,wich surprised me.because my credit was excellent at that time ,the company send a letter to the finance company that my equipment was install Wich was false ,the installation was complete on April 19 after many calls for my part ,but I have to call again because the system is not working they supposed to fixed last Wednesday April 24 they never showed ,now I keep calling they don't answer my calls .Im a hard worker I purchase the system because I have just one kidney so I need my water to be filter properly now I'm paying for a system that doesn't work is not fair .I would thanks you in advanced for your help have an outstanding day.

Continually harassed by their pitch people, daily for a straight working week. Started up again this week, finally called their direct line to say I had all their postcards from this continual harassment, to which the person answering the phone explained they had a right to harass me until I added a no solicitation sign. All he had to do to be a reasonable business owner was take my address, and distribute it to his pitch people as a do not disturb address, but instead hid behind justifying their aggressive sales tactics saying they paid for the right to go to as many houses as many times as they wanted. Sad part is we were looking for a filtration system, and had we been given a moment to breath, they likely would have gotten our business.

Sales rep came to our home (Aly) to "TEST THE WATER" on 8/22/18 and on their contract it says that it can be cancelled by the 3rd day 8/25/18. I spoke with her General Manager (Jose) on 8/24/18 to let him know we wanted to cancel and to pick up the equipment. Aly came back to my house on 8/25/18 at 2:30 pm and tested the water again and said that it was supposedly working properly but I told her we no longer wanted the product/equipment or service and to cancel the contract. She mentioned that she has never had to cancel a contract before and did not know how to do so. She called her boss Jose on the phone while here at my home and he said that I would need to call the office back on Monday, 8/27/18 to speak to the office manager to cancel and have them pick up the equipment because they are not in the office on the weekends. Only until 12 noon on Saturdays. I was also under the impression when Aly was giving her sales pitch and explaining what was being done that I would not have my credit ran until another person was scheduled to come by my house again to discuss the 10 years supposedly of soap, and cleaning supplies and 6 tumblers that we were supposed to receive with this water purifier. Well they had already done so even before this person was supposedly coming to our home to finish off the sale. This is unacceptable and deceptive specially when they say in their contract to cancel within 3 days. The 863-866-9478 number they have on their yellow copy left for us just rings and rings without a voicemail to pick up and even have a message center which is very questionable specially if it is supposed to be a legitimate business. An email is not even offered to submit correspondence either.
