I have talked with the customer about this and the police. We watched camera footage from the entire service and were never able to see anything removed from car. I told the customer that I could not see anything removed from the car BUT if they provided me with documentation from Verizon that it... was reported lost/stolen and when the last cellular data was used I would reimburse them for it. It has been 2 weeks and they have provided nothing.
