Good morning,
In response to the complaint# [redacted], I am attaching copies of the documentation that supports the details of the things that is going on with this case. Mr. [redacted] purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2013(2003 Lincoln Town Car) for the price of $11,139.58 where he placed a down payment of...
$800 which left $10,339.58 to be financed. the contract was set up on a monthly basis of $360 per month due by the 8th, Mr. [redacted] paid a total of $6,880.25(attached on ledger) on this account which exceeds the cost that he is stating in his complaint of ($5400). The last payment received was on 10/14/2014 and is now showing 135 days past due. The customer signed the contract with the cost of car(purchase agreement) and the amount financed(installment contract), so there wasn't anything that he was unaware of at the time of purchase unless he didn't read what he was signing. in reference to the warrant, it was filed in the county where he resides and served in that county as well. (warrant attached), also the ledger shows all the payments that he has paid (coded PR). the 1sst attempt to repo the car, his account was 103 days late and was not current whatsoever on his account. The police came and because it was not a peaceful repossession and the fact MR. [redacted] removed all 4 tires off the vehicle, the repo agent was instructed to leave. Please direct any questions on this complaint to the assigned email and we will respond immediately. Please also see supporting documents attached to this answer and if any questions please contact our company via email.
