After making my complaint to Revdex.com on 1/21/14, I have further questions about the billing system. My sister usually handles the financial end of things, but I would like clarification on the bill. We had a pre-planned cremation yet had to pay several hundred dollars more. I don't understand the charges and we did pay for an urn we did not receive. I am questioning where was the benefit of pre-planning, yet still having to pay so much more. The billing has changed since 2006, so it is a little difficult to understand. Also, I have to laugh about Mr. [redacted]'s response. Did you notice another excuse?
