Iam writing this letter in response to the complaint from [redacted]. On July 16th of 2016, above mentioned customer purchased the 2008 Audi A4 Qtro. She test drove the car, liked it and decided to go on with the purchase.Every single vehicle prior the sale, goes through the basic safety...

inspection which is including
brakes, turn signals, lighting, seat belts.The vehicle was in great running condition and
did satisfy the customer.
Iwould like to remind that we are the used car dealership , and all vehicles sold
As Is. [redacted] did sign the Disclaimer of Warranty Agreement and Implied Warranty Negotiation Statement along with Buyers Guide/ As Is-No Warranty form (all included). Therefore, the customer's demands regarding free repairs or providing her with a different vehicle have absolutely no valid base.to it and can not be considered .
