Dear Mr***,I am writing in regards to the separate emails from the Revdex.com indicating that my complaint against Raindrop
Landscapes is now closed and is "answered but the customer remains dissatisfied" My reason for the delayed response to the two emails is that we did in fact speak with MrK***, of Raindrop Landscapes, but he has continued to fail to rectify the issue he created We were attempting to allow him to make the situation right, but as of right now, we still have not received a refund from him of the amount we agreed upon MrK*** continues to avoid communication, and we do not wish to close this matter at this time Thank you, *** ***
