Review: We purchased a RainDance Water System and rely on their tech support to tell us how to re-program the system which needs to be done when ever there is a power outage at our home. We recently called them in Sept because we lost power for short time and needed to re-program the system. We followed their instructions (given over the phone) step by step and re-programmed the unit. Then days later we learned that the system was trying to flush itself - continuously bringing water into our home from the outside pipes. This resulted in a water bill that exceeds $1800.00. When we contacted them to let them know, they denied any wrong doing and blamed us, our plumber, and our town water for our problem. They let us know in bold letters in an email that this is a potential problem when the system is not programmed correctly. But we only ever programmed the system with their assistance. They refer to their "notes" from phone conversations which were not complete. We feel strongly the customer service was demeaning and ineffective. We relied on their expertise and to our detriment, we are now responsible for an extremely high water bill and various plumber service calls. We asked to be reimbursed for the unit because we cannot trust that this won't happen again. Our damages include: altered drinking water for us and our children, stress on our family, and an $1800.00 water bill - we can no longer safely use the system. An agreement was not reached as Raindance tells us to just call another service person. They will not speak with us over the phone. We were asked to email a complaint to the complaint department and then depending on the issue, our complaint will go to the right person. We feel this was misleading as we have only ever been able to email with one person, [redacted] the owner. They advertise on their website as a proud member of the Ramona Chamber of Commerce but they are not a member, per the Ramona Chamber of Commerce. When I brought this to Raindance's attention, my email went ignored.Desired Settlement: 1) To be reimbursed a full refund of the water system $2095.00

2) To warn potential customers the water system may cause problems & require more professional help than expected and also how this company treated us
