Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,I can change insurance companies as many times as I want to, there is no law stating that I can't change insurance companiesI always provided them with VALID insurance polices and have every email that I have sent to them to prove itAt the time the policies were emailed to them, they are validI did not send over fake cards, I sent over policies that can be verified with the insurance company during that time periodThe fact remains as of the day the vehicle was picked, I was fully covered and had been for a weekThere was no valid reason to come and pick up vehicle, the ladies that verify insurance was just lazy and didn't do their jobs to see if I had new insuranceThey called the old insurance company and just had my vehicle picked upI was able to provide them with my new insurance policy the same day that my car was picked upBecause a customer has insufficient funds does not make it fraud, the insurance company just let the customer know that they need to provide another form of payment Why would I try to get financed with a bank when you already signed a contract that you are financing me and took my down paymentNo, you want the bank to finance me so they can send you a check for the amount of the car and you get to keep my moneyAs my attorney stated, it does not matter if the previous insurance policies was cancelled, you gave the car back after the first time and if I was insured the day you came to pick it up and not behind on car payments, that was illegalIf I could have gotten financed by a bank , I wouldn't have came to this shady dealership that doesn't do any kind of verification to even get approved for a car, they just want moneyThe insurance was valid, which can be proven and car note was current end of story I
Like I have stated beforeIt is the customer responsibility to provide us proof of insurance as required by contract It is not our responsibility to call her or to remind her to do so even tho we did many times before When an insurance is paid with a non sufficient funds it is canceled retroactively from the day it was supposably purchased which means she did not have insurance since day one Insurance is not a worthless piece of paper and we don't need a piece of paper We need coverage , real coverage and not manipulative games to try and represent coverage The fact that she is claiming to have insurance the day of the repo is none of our concern since she provided it to us after the repossession And we don't remember her having any issue with our verification process when she drove off our dealership with a Mercedes SUV The fact that she can or can not get finances through a bank is not our concern either She can payoff her contract balance any way she choose to and get the vehicle back Thank you [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,
We will not tolerate scams like this Customer never provided us with proof of insurance The insurance she provided AFTER the repo was another fake , not valid insurance because it was paid with none sufficient funds like customer did each and every month before that , thinking she is up to a system to get around her contract and legal obligation to have a valid insurance coverage and not just a piece of paper that had no meaning Customer knows more people , very very close to her , that use the same fraud technique , to do the exact same thing Your complaint is being handled and we have no worries about it .Customer need to be ashamed of her self to use and abuse the [redacted] , against honest businesses that will not crumble in front of her abuse and complaints .Just no shame !!!
It is the customer responsibilty to provide us with proof of insurance when they changing insurance especially after the car got repossess a month before for that reason and she was warned and given the car back .The system of providing and fake insurance policies that are never valid because they are never paid for is illegal and wrong .Customer can come and payoff the account and get the car back We dont have to , and will not , support or tolarate this kind of activitiesthe fact that she keep mentioning that she heard or saw another customer that did the same thing and got repossessed does not make her right or legal Thank you [redacted]

We don't have to satisfy the customer Customer was providing us with invalid , fake insurance policies that were never paidWe are asking the Revdex.com to review the FACTS and dismiss that complaint [redacted] [redacted]
customer never had nothing but papersthere was never valid insurance on the car since all the policies were paid with nsf ( hot checks etc)insurance does not honor policies that are paid with nsf that's why there is no insurance and there was never insurance including the last one that she has provided AFTER !!! the repoit is illegal to write hot checksit is illegal to drive with no insurance it is irresponsible and dishonest to pay with nsf and to maintain a loan on fake documentationsince we acted legally and reasonably and gave customer several warnings we are asking you to dismiss that complaintthank you [redacted] ***
To Start from before work began while looking at Ms***'s project She was informed the sump pump that was installed by another contractor was not properly installedthe sump pump hole was to small for the pump that could cause something to wedge and cause the pump to fail
Ms*** was told there should be another sump pump installed or make the exsisting pump hole bigger, but also a alarm needed to be installed in case of pump failureNone of these suggestions happened, when or men hooked back the exsisting pump it was inspected by Ms*** and worked properly for the remaining to weeks of job completion, and didn't cause a problem until a week after job was doneBut still Ms*** did not install a alarm on the pump or put in another back up pumpWe gave her a quote for water damage clean up but will not refund or do labor for no Charge, or involve our insurance Company as she requested due to the improper installation of the sump pump, she needs to involve the original contractor. The stairwell handrail that was quoted did not say "SPINDLE" in the contract it just said Handrail, Ms*** refused to have handrail installed on the wall but no refund will be given The top of the cellar stairs: This was not a charged repair was done just to make this match the other flooring so No Refund will be given or repairs at no charge Ms*** told us any lumber or trim down stairs could be used on the project she was not going us them and no materials was taken from her cellar that didn't belong to usSo no refund for any of these so called materials will be Refunded. The Dimmer switch: Nothing was ever presented before this complaint about any damaged switch The Ceiling Fan: The Fan was taken down By HOMEOWNERS Not REDFOX and was left siting on the kitchen floor for about or days when we told them it needed to be moved and stored the homeowners moved fan to the another location, and when fan was reinstalled by us it was brought to their attention it was wobbling but we will not refund to cost of fan as they placed it in storage and put fan down to warp bladesMs*** was suppose to purchase a new fan but decided to keep the exsisting fan Now for the Black Metal Fan and Black and Decker Saw: All homeowners tools and belongs were to be moved but we had to move we were not informed from Ms.*** or our employees on the fan or saw we have our own tools and do stress for no reason do we use anything of the homeownersand the first statement of it was a BRANDNEW SAW tp the very next sentence that it was far from new and we packed it up with our toolsWE DO NOT STEEL WE HAVE TO OF EVERY TOOLBut we have purchased a NEW Saw and will be sending to the homeowner, as far as the fan no one recalled a fan from Ms*** and we had our own using so no Refund of fan Will be given. We Always talked with Ms*** before anything was done not her boyfriend, and when basement flooded the first thing out of his mouth was we will take you to courtWe at not responsible for the damage or will we pay for others improper installationthe Only refund we will be giving is the saw and really don't feel we owe
To start with so many facts and conversations we had with Ms. *** ARE NOT being recalled or said they are not correct leads us to believe this is not Ms*** in charge of this complaintTHE CEILING FAN: WE DID NOT TAKE THE FAN DOWN, MS.*** SAID HER BOYFRIEND TOOK IT DOWN!!!! IT WAS LAYING ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR FOR DAYS RIGHT WERE WE WALKED IN AND TOLD THEM IT HAD TO BE MOVED BEFORE IT WAS STEPPED ON!!!!!! SO FOR WHAT REASON HE TOOK IT DOWN NOT SURE BUT HE DID AND ALL OUR EMPLOYEES WOULD BE HAPPY TO CONTEST TO IT.NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAN OR REPLACEMENT OF BLADES, MS*** COMMETED IT WOBBLED BEFORE HER BOYFREIND TOOK IT DOWNMATERIALS: I MYSELF HAD THE CONVERSATION WITH MS*** ON THE MATERIALSTHEY WERE IN THE BASEMENT WHEN WE FIRST STARTED AND MS*** TOLD US TO USE THOSE MATERIALS THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE A USE FOR THEM !!!!!! SO WE DID A CLOSET UP STAIRS, TO ADD WE DID NOT EVEN CHARGE HER FOR OR WAS NOT IN THE CONTRACT( WE DO HAVE PHOTOS OF )SO " NO RECOLLECTION" I RECALL JUST FINE, WE USED THEM ON HER CLOSET!! SO LABOR TO BUILD AND USING HER MATERIALS THEN TOTAL DUE IS $1,HANDRAIL: IN THE CONTRACT AGAIN STATES JUST HANDRAIL "NOT" SPINDAL HANDRAIL!!!! AND MY EMPLOYEES TO COMMENT ON THE RETURN OF FUNDS I DO NOT BELIEVE OCCURED ANOTHER HE SAID SHE SAID!!!! AND $(LAUGHABLE!!!) IS ALL TO BE REFUNDED, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT CONTRACTOR WOULD TAKE HOURS TO PUT UP A HAND RAIL,(NO MORE THAN MIN.) SOMETIMES GOOGLE OVER ESTIMATES TIME!!!!FLOOR FAN: NO REFUND AGAIN !!! MS*** DID NOT COME TO ME ON THIS ISSUE OR ANY OF MY EMPLOYEES, EVEN AT FINAL PAYMENT IT WAS NOT BROUGHT UP ONLY WHEN THIS COMPLAINT BEGAN SO THE OLD FAN SHOULD HAVE BEEN STORED AWAY FROM JOB SITEWE HAVE APPOX -OF THESES FANS DID NOT GO TO PURCHASE ONE. WINDOWS: THE REASON WE WERE THERE WAS TO REMOVE OLD SHEETROCK COVERED IN MOLD FROM WATER RUNNING DOWN WALLS FROM THE WINDOWS!!! WE TOLD MS*** NOT TO PUT SHEETROCK BACK ON WALLS TO USE WOOD, IN THE CONTRACT WE ADDED ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO USE WOOD AND MS*** DID AGREE WOOD WAS A BETTER CHOICEWE HAVE PHOTOS OF THE SNOW UP ON THE WINDOWS, THERE ARE NO GUTTERS ON EVES WATER RUNS OFF THE ROOF AND DOWN TO FOUNDATION, THEY PUT IN AN UNDERDRAIN THAT IS DOING ABSOLUTLY NOTHING.AND PUT COVERINGS OVER WINDOWS TO TRY TO STOP RAIN FROM COMING IN!!!! WE TOOK COVERINGS OFF WINDOWS ONLY TO HAND MATERIALS DOWN INTO BASEMENT AND WAS REINSTALLED WHEN FINISHED SO IF WATER DIDN'T ENTER THE BASEMENT THREW THE WINDOWS UNTIL WE MOVED THE COVERING WHY WAS THERE MOLD ON THE SHEETROCK BEFORE WE EVEN STARTED THE JOB???THE ANSWER IS: NO GUTTERS PERIMETER DRAIN IS NOT TAKING WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION AND WINDOWS ARE GOUND LEVEL WITH A BOX OVER TO STOP WATER FROM COMING IN. THE SUMP PUMP: THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO PUT THE PUMP BACK IN THE BASIN IMPROPER!! THE PUMP WAS PUT BACK AND WAS WORKING FOR THE REMAINING TIME WE WERE THERE AND A WEEK AFTERMS*** MOST CERTAINLY DID COME DOWN TO INSPECT THE SUMP ( REGARDLESS OF A PROFESSIONAL SHE KNEW THE QUAILITY OF WORK) SO WE COULD SHOW HER HOW TO TAKE THE TOP OFF AND WENT THREW PUMP TO SHOW HER IT WAS WORKING PERFECT AT THAT TIME WE AGAIN SHOWED MS.*** THE PUMP NEEDED A BIGGER BASIN AS THERE WAS " NO ROOM " AROUND THE PUMP FOR MOVEMENT!!! THERE WERE OF MY EMPLOYEES PLUS MYSELF HAVING THE CONVERSATION ON THE NEED FOR ANOTHER BIGGER PUMP BASIN WITH AN ALARM OR ANOTHER ENTIRE SUMP PUMP AND BASIN WITH AN ALARM INSTALLED, WE OFFERED TO DO ONE FOR $MS*** DECLINED AND SAID HER BOYFREIND WOULD DO ITAND NO ALARM WAS INSTALLED!! AS FAR AS THIS PUMP WORKING FOR OVER YEARS WITH NO ISSUES ALSO SAYS TO ME IT COULD ALSO FAIL AT ANY GIVING TIME,WITH THE WATER AROUND HER FOUNDATION COMING IN THE PUMP WAS WORKING AND WE KNOW THEY DO LAST FOREVER, JUST BECAUSE THE BASEMENT WATERPROOFING INC SAID WE DID THE REINSTALATION OF THE PUMP TAKES THE RESPONSIBILITY AWAY FROM THEM AS THE ORIGINAL INSTALLERSAND WE DO NOW HOW TO INSTALL SUMP PUMPS HAVE DONE MANY WITH NO ISSUES EVER!!NOW FOR CODE: WE SPOKE WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY CODE AND A SUMP BASIN MIN.24" MS*** ONLY HAS 12" FOR THE PUMP NOT CLEARLY BY CODE GIVEN THE AMOUNT OF WATER AROUND HER BASEMENT OUTSIDE!!WE WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY DAMAGES FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PUMP IT'S A MECHANICAL DEVISE THAT COLD FAIL AT ANY GIVEN TIME EXPECIALLY WITH THE SIZE OF THE BASIN WITH NO SPACE TO MOVE OR IF SOMTHING WERE TO GET WEDGED IN BASINTO FINALIZE: WE ALWAYS SPOKE WITH MS*** BUT HER BOYFRIND CALLED AT 11:AT NIGHT AND THEN EVERYTIME WE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SPEEK WITH HER HE ANSWERED WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS HE BECAME SNAPPY AND SAID WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT!!! THEN HAD TO GO ,BUT WHEN HE PHONED BACK HAD A ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TONE!!AND WE DID SUPMIT ANOTHER QUOTE TO MS.*** AFTER SPEEKING IT OVER WITH MY WIFE AND OUR INSURANCE, ( YES I SPOKE WITH THEM FOR ADVISE) THEY ADVISED WE SHOULD NOT SPLIT NO COST FOR THE FAILURE OF THE MECANICAL DEVISE AND THEY WOULD BACK US ON THATIT WOULD BE THE PROBLEM OF THE ORINGINAL INSTALLER.WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN OUR WORK AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS, WITH MANY RETURNED HAPPY CUSTOMERS
On the day thar Clint S*** finished my driveway and parking pad, he agreed with me that it was not acceptable He said it was an easy fix, and he would be back in the next day or two to make it right Stupid consumer that I am, I paid him in fullThat was May of this year, and I have not seen Clint S*** since I have called and sent texts may times He responds with excuses and promises Not once has he denied that work needs to be done to my drive He just isn't going to bother to do it So future customer, you have been warned

The improper placement of the sump pump and the resulting damage is exactly why we are processing this complaint. The sump pump that is present is in a standard sump basin that complies with code. The pump worked flawlessly for over two years before Mr. R[redacted] and his crew moved it and replaced it incorrectly in the sump basin. At no point did anyone here “inspect” the sump installation as it was placed inside a closed area by Mr. R[redacted]. I hired Mr. R[redacted] as he professes to be a professional in terms of plumbing and basement drying, which includes sump pumps. I do not profess to be a professional in terms of plumbing or sump pumps and there would be no way I could assess the work performed. Clearly, any professional who places the pump so the float valve could not operate should know better. The improper installation has been documented visually by the photographs, video, and letter from Basement Waterproofing Inc. The reason for the water damage was directly due to Mr. R[redacted]’s crew improperly placing the sump pump in the sump basin. In terms of any claim that water flowed into the basement from the windows, Mr. R[redacted]’s men moved the rain covering from one window and it allowed water to collect. Once again, with the coverings in place there was no water issue for the previous two years or subsequently following the replacement of the covering. Water did not enter the basement from the window other than when Mr. R[redacted]’s men moved the cover. In terms of the work at the top of the stairs, I recognize that was outside the scope of work and once again will concede that the haphazard installation of materials is not the responsibility of Mr. R[redacted].In regard to the ceiling fan, under no circumstances did I or my boyfriend take the ceiling fan down or store it. As a matter of fact, I was surprised by the fact that Mr. R[redacted]’s crew stored it in my back pantry as that is an area that my family needs access to. I clearly recall commenting to members of my family that the storage location chosen was less than ideal in terms of getting into our pantry area. Furthermore, for what reason would I or anyone else perform work that was being paid for as part of the overall job? I wouldn’t.When I initially contacted Mr. R[redacted] about these issues, he had absolutely no recollection of any materials being removed from my premises. These materials had been stored in a different area of the basement so as to ensure that they did not get mixed into the project. The pressure treated 2x4s and molding materials were in no way part of the project. Mr. R[redacted] claims that the materials were part of the payment for “additional work being done.” I can produce the original contract (which is already in this system) as well as evidence that every added task that was performed was billed at full rate for every consumable and all labor – there were no accommodations made for materials and the like. These materials include 4 – 8ft unfinished pine molding ($6.30 each at [redacted]) and 9 – 8ft pressure treated 2x4s ($4.17 each at [redacted]).The $20 allotment for the damaged dimmer is acceptable. In regard to the handrail, the offer of $30 is laughable. I was under the impression that the railing to be installed was a spindle railing. When Mr. R[redacted]’s men stated that it was to be a basic handrail, I stated that this was not my desire and they stated that omitting the rail would be accounted for at the end of the project. Had I been told that the funds would not be accounted for, I would have had the basic handrail installed. In terms of costs, the stair length is 11 linear feet (requiring 13 feet of rail). The most basic pine rail costs $3.46 per linear foot at [redacted]. This is pine rail, which would not match the remainder of the basement and would have been stained along with the other wood used in the basement. Labor estimates for handrails, without staining etc., are between 2-3 hours for a professional. Additionally, light duty handrail brackets cost $2.98 and there would need to be two at the top of the stairs, one at the bottom and one every 48”. This means a minimum of 5 brackets would be needed (more likely 6). WITHOUT LABOR, the handrail cost in MATERIALS ALONE would be 13 x 3.46 + 5 x 2.98 = $59.88 PLUS 2.5 hours of LABOR.In terms of the reciprocating saw, Mr. R[redacted] did replace the saw with a new one of the same exact model. This satisfies this part of the complaint. In terms of the floor fan, Mr. R[redacted]’s men used my personal property without my assent and when Mr. R[redacted] saw this he went out and purchased fans to be used in the windows to help extract the plaster dust. His men discarded my ruined fan and stated that the fan would be accounted for in the final billing. Replacement of the fan remains a requirement as his men used it without permission and identified that I would be reimbursed. This was a high velocity 20” floor fan and prices for these range from $40 to $80. $40 is acceptable. To address the final issue, which has nothing to do with the complaint, my boyfriend had no dealing with Mr. R[redacted]’s men at any point. He leaves for work at 6:30 AM and returns here after 7:30 PM. At no point would Mr. R[redacted] or his men be present during those times. On occasion, he would leave for work when the crews were here and he had no real interaction except to say hello. At no point was any person ever “threatened” other than with legal action when Mr. R[redacted] repeated attempted to shirk his obligation to remedy the issues that he created. My boyfriend stated emphatically on a number of occasions that we would prefer to work with him to resolve the issue but if he was unwilling to accept his responsibilities then we would be forced to seek legal recourse. IN FACT: Mr. R[redacted]’s claim of needing to “step back” due to “aggressive” or “threatening” behavior is shown to be nonsense when you consider the fact that Mr. R[redacted] issued a proposal to complete repairs for $2800. If they had to step back, why would they offer to do the work? This proposal is in the Revdex.com system. To wrap this up, I will accept full payment for the repair of water damage ($2,800 according to Mr. R[redacted]’s estimate), replacement fan blades ($18), molding ($25.20), pressure treated 2x4s ($37.53), dimmer ($20), handrail MATERIALS (59.88), 2.5 hours of Mr. R[redacted]’s chargeable labor rate for handrail installation (assuming $20 per hour - $50), and floor fan ($40). All combined, Mr. R[redacted] can send a Certified or Cashier’s check for a total of $3,050.61.
