Review: On Oct [redacted], 2014 I went into a Rainbow store and was not allowed to shop unless I gave up my bag at the door which I did, and have always done without a problem. However, as I was leaving the store the security guy could not find my bag. Apparently he gave my bag to another customer. In that bag I had some purchases I made at a earlier time and my Dr. Beats Studio midnight blue headphones. At first I tried to resolve this problem with the [redacted], to get reimbursed for my items with no success. After searching online for a couple of weeks I found the phone number to the [redacted] of Rainbow to get reimbursed on Nov [redacted], 2014. Then after weeks of contacting him sending receipts/bank statements I finally got a check for the purchased items a month later December *, 2014 with a $25 gift certificate to Rainbow. I keep asking about my reimbursement for my headphones and he is now ignoring me.Desired Settlement: I would like for my headphones to be replaced.
