Miss Tanisha made the purchase of refurbished Soleus Btuportable a/c on 09/**/Few days after the purchase, she called the store claiming a/c is not workingI told her to bring back the a/c for exchange since it is within days of in store replacement warrantyAt that time she
explained about her not able to come from Brooklyn due to personal reasonsI assured her not to worry, and at her own convenience with no time frame can bring back the unit for exchangeI never thought it will take her more than a year to bring it inI am still able to exchange her out of warranty a/c as a courtesyPlease have her bring back the unit within days of receiving the noticeBeyond that I will not be able to exchange the unitIt will be exchange for the same make and model onlyThanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I am rejecting the exchange because I live too far away to chance me buying an oversized item that doesn't work! I would rather a store credit or refund! And I'm also requesting the store to have one of their delivery men to come get the unit because it is extremely oversized & too heavy for me to liftI'm unable to accommodate the shipping cost of this unit & the store should have somebody come to my home & bring it back to the store to resolve the issue due to the fact it was not my fault this a/c didn't work!
