Review: We requested replacement equipment for our existing playground set, asking for "everything needed to re install two swings (which we have) and to add another swing" to our existing set. We made clear that the swing portion of the playground came down during hurricane Sandy and we needed every piece to replace it. The charge was place on our card and a technician came to our house to install one beam. We were told that we needed the entire assembly. The technician left with that he had and we requested our money back. The representative, [redacted], told us that it was a custom item and could not be returned. Nowhere in the paperwork was there any disclaimer to this effect. We do not have any merchandise. We disputed the charge but they have not credited the charge and they took back all of the merchandise. We want our money back. The company was rude and horrible to deal with.Desired Settlement: We want our charge credited immediately.
