Rainbow has been in communication with Mr. [redacted] in regards to this issue. The line connected to Mr. [redacted]s home was not in service at the time of it being damaged and Century link has been unwilling to connect the line without service. ...

We have contacted Centurylink on at least 5 occasions to repair the line but they have been unresponsive to our requests. Recently, we discovered that because Rainbow is not the property owner Century link will not perform any work on our behalf. Mr. [redacted] has also contacted Century link and is exploring options available to reconnect the line. Rainbow apologizes for this event taking place and agrees it will do anything within its power to make Mr. [redacted] whole and complete.
