Rainbow Landscape Pool

Review: We contracted with D** L[redacted] of Rainbow Landscape and Pool, Cal license. Umber 49[redacted]5 C-27 and C-53, whose email address is st[redacted][email protected]. We contracted with hi to re plaster our pool. As soon as subs finished the job, we noticed the plaster was discoloreef, spotted, stained, mottled and uneven. We complained right away and he assured us the pool just needed to be acid washed. His pool person has acid washed it numerous times and it's still not right. He assured us, after we paid him in full, that he would get the manufacturer's rep out and if the plaster had to be redone to make it right, he would replaster. Nothing has been done to the pool plaster but acid washed, and it is now one year and eleven months since we paid him in full for the job, and the plaster is still not right.His phone number ###-###-#### does not have a voice mail attached to it. We have filed a complaint with the state contractors license hoard, complaint number SF 2**3 7**5.Desired Settlement: We can't believe a word he says, as he has made multiple written and verbal representations, none of which have materialized. We don't want to deal with him anymore and just want a refund of our money.
