get an independent industrial hygienist who let us know what needed to be done at her houseWe did it takes tine,we don't control their schedule Once wirk began the process follows all protocol for the protection of the consumers this takes timeAll communication was done but customers be as still frustrated because it takes time really if we didn't perform to pass a clear envelope we will be still having this complaint Also the reason for testing by an independent firm is to protect her making sure air quality test is doneIt didn't clear the first time so we had to replace clean second time till it passed for her protection afain we had to have that scheduled which we can't control independent firms schedule Her insurance company was updated as work was doneI really hope she undestand that we can't control alot of things when it comes to mold remediation And we may not satisfy her time frame requirements as she read because each case is different and hers was differentOut time spent was to make sure her property was free of mold and they are protected
