Review: The owner refused to fix the leaks in my sink from a missing part in the faucet they proved and installed as well as the leaks from cutting the opening for the sink too large. The owner and proprietor if Rainbow International Restoration refused to fix the problem. The worker, who did the job for him, never returned either of my 2 phone calls. When I informed the owner of the problem he was very rude, unprofessional, unkind and manipulative when I spoke to him and threatened me with lien if I did not pay in full in 30 days, despite our having agreed upon a 3 month payment plan.

We had no contract or itemized list of costs.

I have begun the payment plan, which the owner did eventually honor, and will pay what I owe, which is my responsibility. He, however, has never made the situation right.Desired Settlement: I think it is fair to deduct the cost I must assume to have the leaks fixed. Or a discount on what is left of the bill.
