Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: It took me filing a complaint against the business before anyone returned call (text or email) 4+ months after I tried numerous times to have the job fixed It is the principal that matters here; telling a client their project is a nuisance and then hanging up on the client after repeated calls to have the project completed, not responding to multiple emails, text messages with attached pictures to the ownerThe one phone call with no apology issued is not enough nor would I allow this "business" to enter my house again to resolve my "nuisance" of a job Respond to clients, complete the job correctly and hire some people with professional courtesy & respect to answer/return client phone calls Regards, [redacted] ***

is a nuisance and then hanging up on the client after repeated calls to have the project completed, not responding to multiple emails, text messages with attached pictures to the owner. The one phone call with no apology issued is not enough nor would I allow this "business" to enter my house again to resolve my "nuisance" of a job. Respond to clients, complete the job correctly and hire some people with professional courtesy & respect to answer/return client phone calls.

Review: Rainbow Painting came to paint my master bedroom and fix problems on the walls back in February I came home from the hospital after just having my daughter and spoke to the workers that were here painting and fixing the issues ( fresh coat of paint, nail pops, cracks, molding paint, etc)While in the hospital I called Rainbow Painting days prior to the start of the paint job and asked if I could change the paint color and Glenn said no, unless I pay another $because the paint had already been purchasedI agreedThe job was completed and paid for in cash ($800)In May we noticed that all the ceiling tape was starting to fall off already and the lines on the ceiling were not straightI called, emailed (times), text the owner pictures, and FINALLY personally spoke to Donna asking to fix this issueShe said "that's ridiculous, it should not be breaking down already; I will get someone to contact you"I called multiple times again, and finally in JUNE spoke to Donna again who said my "project was a nascence " and it was on the calendar but probably weeks out because it wasn't a "priority"I tried to call multiple times again, leaving detailed messages, and it has now been another months and when I call they hang up on me and will not return my callsI want a refund for a job that was not completedFurthermore, the foreman, who wanted to purchase our old curtain rods which we gave to him for free, told us personally after the job when picking up the curtains that no other paint had been mixed for our project, only the paint used to fix the master bedroom the day OF the project.Desired Settlement: Refund
