I have a hard time defending the customers statement that the fragrances don't last as long as she was told they would
because I do not know how long she was told they would lastAs with any fragrance or odor, after you have been exposed to it for any length of time, the fragrance or odor is not as noticable as it was when you first smelled itHowever the fragrance or odor would be much more noticable to anyone just entering the room
Our goal is to have happy customers so if this lady is not happy with the products she purchased to go along with the free gift she received, we would be happy to refund her money upon return of the items
