Mr*** purchased a Ram truck from Rainbow CDJ on 1/14/13. He paid plus tax, title, license, gap insurance and extended warranty. He financed his vehicle with Fifth Third Bank for months, which his last payment would be in 2/2019. His amount
finance, which includes the bank financing charge was 37894.00 If he were to pay have paid the loan off in March of 13, then his payoff would have been 26528. Since the loan is a simple interest loan, the finance charge does not factor in the payoff and the interest compounded on the loan stops at the time of payoff. When you continue to make payments, the interest is part of the paymentThere is no overpayment for his vehicle. Mr*** still owes the bank interest on his loan that he pays every month. There Is no overpayment and no refund due

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint concerning his 2014 Ram 2500, we did repair his vehicle and it worked fine when he left the dealership.  When he called back a few days later concerning his vehicle a/c not working, our air conditioning machine had broken down and we sent it out for...

repairs.  We had no way of rechecking his vehicle at the time to diagnose a problem.  Mr. [redacted] was not happy about this and demanded a full refund.  However, we had worked on his vehicle and repaired it the first time.  As the customer was not happy, we looked further into his repair and found that he had an extended service contract that would have covered his repair.  We informed the customer of this and processed a refund for the customer.
