Rain X

Installed new rain x latitude wiper blades and drove from NH to Delaware in rain. On Rte 95 just outside of Newark Del. the driver’s side wiper broke off at 60mph and flew into cars behind me.I noticed it was starting to chatter a little prior to its flight. This was after over six hours of constant use. It was installed properly. The hook up plastic fatigued.October 16, 2020.

Recently bought rain x wiper fluid put in my reservoir after some time the fluid would not spray my glass took to mechanic they pulled my wiper motor it was completely clogged had to be replaced costing me $190. O I think rain x should refund me for the repair.

I bought the Rain X window repair to fix my window and well it did not work like all the comments said it did. My husband and I followed the instructions to a T and it was a huge fail. I do not recommend anyone to try this product cause you will waste your money for sure. In the process of doing the repair is actually made my window a lot worse then it was and I feel they should refund my money and purchase me a new window!

All never buy rain x wipers again because the locks that hold the wiper down break off then the wiper blade will scratch the windshield or crack the windshields. Never buy anything rain x products again. P.S. Daniel G.

Review: I purchased Rain X Latitude 21" wiper blades for my vehicle. I installed them as per their instructions. I have been driving and working on cars for 30 years now and I know how to install wiper blades. The very next time I took my vehicle for a ride after installing wiper blades the drivers' side blade flew off and the wiper arm broke my windshield. I took my vehicle to a friend who is a professional mechanic to see what happened and He said the adapters that came with the Rain X blades were bad and did not fit my vehicle correctly. I put a claim in twice with the Rain X company but they just keep telling me it was my fault.Desired Settlement: I feel the least they can do is pay for my windshield to be replaced and refund my money for the defective wiper blades.
