I am rejecting this response because: I did call *** card and there is no credit pending. They will dispute the charge for me since the company did state they would credit us since April 1st. and it is the 10th today

We spoke with customer yesterday morning the ac unit is cooling, customer does not like the fact the unit is shutting off, that is the energy feature on this unit, we set service up with the manufacture last week, I told the customer we would call the manufacture and see why they have not set
service yet, this being on a Saturday we would have to wait till Monday because they are closed on the weekend, I will have one my installers go back and explain how to use the unit on Monday if that is acceptable!

The  customer purchased the grill, weber had a back order on this grill, if another store had it in inventory that does not mean Community Appliance had it in stock!! The credit was issued on 4- 8 -15,   The customer can call [redacted] and check it was processed!! thank you[redacted]...

Hi, in regards to this matter Electrolux has agreed to credit [redacted] back 619.00  the formwas mailed out on 8-17-15.  [redacted] has to attach the serial tag to the paper and mail back.the incindent#[redacted]  It take 7 to 10 days business days.  [redacted] is free to throw the unit outwhen she takes the tag off and mails backThank youJr Z[redacted]
