Rain Pro Lawn Sprinklers

Rain Pro installed our irrigation system two years agoI have found that each time I need to set up an appointment to either winterize or turn the system back on, they are HORRIBLE at returning my calls.This week alone, I have emailed them, left several messages and no has called me back to service my sprinkler system
When I call, all they do is apologize for someone not returning my calls to set up an appointmentIn the mean time, I receive notices from my city stating I will have to pay a fine if my backflow valve has not been inspected
I am really disappointed with this company

Rain pro installed our Sprinkler system a year ago. I received a letter for start up for this year. I called and left a message to set up. I never received a call back. I called 4 other times (about once a week- allowing them ample time to respond). I never heard. I hired another company to come and start up the system. This company informed me that 2 of my sprinkler heads were not turning. I did receive a call back after calling to check on warranty. The man that called me said anyone can file warranty for the part. So I decided to stick with the company I had start it up this year. Then Bobbi called me back about same issue. I had told her I am having someone else handle it. She asked if I had it started up yet, I said yes by another company and explained how I never received a call back. She immediately gave me an attitude. She told me she has hundreds of calls a day and I should try to contact in other ways (email, office phone number). Is that good customer service? And then she went on to say things like "Do you think I sit around and pick my butt all day". That is horrible customer service. I then told her I will be posting reviews and she hung up on me. I am not pleased at all and I will ensure that I steer all my friends, family and neighbors away from rainpro. They have no customer service at all!
