Our server swipped our card on the wrong ticket, so we got charged $113 for a $35 ticket. Also had gratuity added with only 4 people at the table.On 8/14/2014 four of us went into rain about 6pm,during happy hour. Not only did it take 30 mins. to get our drinks, but when they brought us the ticket they had added gratuity onto our price. OUR ticket was around $35, (with added gratuity and the tip we left the total of our actual bill ended up $46.99) so we handed her the card and she walked away. When she brought back the recipts for us to sign it had charged us $65.83. Instead of getting a manager our waitress took it apon herself to slide our card AGAIN charging us almost $113! When we woke up the next morning we had been thrown into over draft. I called Saturday 8/16/2014 at 6pm to speak with a manager. Not only was she no help, but told me I needed to speak with my bank. Never said she was sorry, never offered to take care of anything. On 8/17/2014 the money was BACK in our account, and we were happy.. no trace of the transactions anywhere. THEN on 8/18/2014 they were indeed back and we were BACK in overdraft. I called to speak with the owner and told her that this is a problem and she proceeded to tell me she could do nothing else, not even give us back the gratuity the charged us for NO reason at ALL. She said the $65.83 would be back in our account in about 7 days. SO now we are out $112 for SEVEN days, and they never once even said sorry. When I told them I would not be returning to the establishment she said "okay, bye."Desired SettlementAfter all the trouble we had to go through due to the lack of attention of the establishment I would like the whole amount, the $65.83 AND the $46.99 refunded BACK to my account as soon as possible.
