I am rejecting this response because:
The company fails to accept responsibility for the unprofessionalism, disrespect, and the worsening of my mental disorders that I endured on August 2, 2016. This has been and was caused by the company, Dr. Christopher Caulfield, and his office manager. Since the doctor forced me to seek treatment for increased anxiety and psychosis due to his ineptitude as a leader and practicing physician, I am still requesting a refund for the out of pocket co-payments I made to the Perrin Beitel clinic. Anything less would devalue me as a human being, patient, and pasting customer/consumer.
