Review: I am a trusting person, so when someone says they'll do something, I don't give it a second thought. In this case I trusted [redacted] twice and was burned both times. First, when I paid him for doing work he said he did prior to going to inspect, then second when I did go to see the work and called him and he said he would come to meet me about it then stood me up and is still ignoring my phone calls.[redacted], the owner of Rain on Demand gave me a call to see if he could do some work for me. I asked him to clean the gutters and remove the fallen leaves from a house I rent out to some folks. He agreed. He called me to let me know that he had completed the work. He warned me that one side of the roof was too high to get all the way down to hand clean out the gutters but that he was able to blow it out from above and assured me that the gutters were clean. I trusted [redacted] and sent him the money for the work he told me he did. I went by the house to find the gutters he promised he had blown out full of leaves and overflowing. The property was covered in leaves with deep drifts on the sides of the house and in the patio. I asked the tenants what the crew did when they came by, and they said that [redacted] and his guys got up on the roof, blew the leaves out of the gutters down into the yard then left. I called him and let him know I was not satisfied with the work and he told me he would be over in 30 minutes to discuss. I waited 2 and a half hours. He never showed. When I called him he picked up then hung up the phone. Over the next 4 days he ignored all follow up calls. Absolutely shoddy work and lack of integrity in this dealing. Beware of this business. There are plenty of honest landscapers out there. Do not settle for this.Desired Settlement: Refund of $150.00 paid for services.
