Dear Customer, We did not repair the console that you purchased. We are also unaware of any repairs made to the piece that you purchased. You also looked at the piece on at least two separate occasions on our floor and you were not aware of any repairs. For some... reason we have had difficulty receiving pictures that would help us to analyze the problem. Therefore, I would like to solve the problem by either of the following 2 ways: 1. Keep the console "AS IS" and I will write you a $50.00 refund check. or 2. Return the console that you picked up(as long as there is no fresh damage to the console) and I will write you a refund check for the purchase price of $640.93. Thanks, [redacted]
