They did purchase on 10/12/14 a full size bed not just Headboard and picked up in store on 11/6/14 at that time the bed was checked for damage.The bed was in perfect shape.We check all items before they leave our store.The [redacted] had this bed for 2 months we can not be responsible for it...

after it leaves our store.Please see attachment,which is a copy of their sales agreement.At the bottom you will see they signed that they received merchandise in good condition,we always have slips signed after they check their items so if damaged on the way home they cant blame us.

Review: I put a headboard on layaway in October and picked it up two weeks later but I didn't open it until two weeks ago and when I did it was damage so I contacted Railroad Salvage about the damage I was told to bring it in so the manger could see it. When I bought it in the manger was not there so I was told to leave the headboard and the manger would be in the next day so I did. When I called the next day to see if I could get a replacement the manger said that the would nerve send material out like that and I told him the guy who put it in my car would not open the package up so I could see it and he just ignored me and put it in my car.
