Review: I had delivered a model rail car for painting (to him) over a year ago and he will not respond to e-mails or return my model. Actually, I have no contact from him other than an e-mail stating he was close to being done and should have it complete by September 2013. So the last communication I had with him was 26 Aug 2013 (by e-mail).Desired Settlement: Either return my model or replace it with one of like kind.

Review: In may of 2014 I sent a brass scale locomotive and up-front payment to Railhead Custom Painting for custom work consisting of electronics, details, and painting. Communication was initially sparse, but regular, but ceased completely in February of 2015. The last communication stated that my items were almost ready to be returned to me. All efforts at contact since February 2015, including emails from multiple addresses and letters sent via postal service, have resulted in no response of any kind.Desired Settlement: If my project is indeed near completion, I would be satisfied with the return of my locomotive, even if only partially finished. If replacement is the only option, then I would seek the return of the payment sent as well.
